St. Kitts Passport Investment

Donation Immigration

A non-refundable donation of $250,000 to the St. Kitts government-owned Sustainable Development Fund will result in a St. Kitts passport. In addition, the spouse and dependents of the principal applicant are required to contribute an additional amount ($50,000 per person).

 

Real Estate Investment Immigration

A single principal applicant invests at least $400,000 in real estate to obtain independent ownership, and after 7 years the property can be re-sold and the status retained.
